UNTIL THE FIRE

What Death Taught Me About Living

In 2025, life stopped me.

What followed - the hospital, the sacred fires of Varanasi, the 2am silences - became this book.

For fifteen years I had read the Yoga Vasishtha every morning, guided by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji, whose grace has been the constant companion of my journey. This book is what that faithful reading, and that fire, gave me.

It is not a scholarly work. It is the account of someone who read carefully, walked through fire and came out the other side carrying something that refused to be kept.

Written for every sincere seeker sitting alone at 2am with the fire inside and nobody to talk to.

You are not alone.

THE LANTERN IN THE DARK

A Life Journey Through Karma, Loss and the Guidance of Stars

I am a scientist by training; as a daughter I believed I knew the body well enough to save my father. Then his blood reports said cancer and none of what I knew could stop it.

I held his hand through hospital corridors, through his final rituals at Manikarnika Ghat, through nights I couldn't sleep and guilt I couldn't put down.

The Lantern in the Dark is what those sleepless nights gave me.

It isn't a manual of predictions. It's a person's testimony and understanding that every suffering has a shape, a name and a purpose; and that the chart is a doorway to understanding it and never a life sentence.

If you're the one sitting awake at 2 a.m. asking why life became so heavy - I was you. This book is the lamp I wish someone had handed me then.
